the location felt so central. my room included comfortable pillows. fresh towels were provided daily, and they were soft.

during my visit, the shower door did not close properly , so it was quite inconvenient.

leaky faucet spotty wi-fi

the staff was FRIENDLY and helpful. that's about it, honestly.

our room, the 'one-bedroom suite' was NOT what i expected. the bathroom faucet leaked constantly, and the noise from the street below made it difficult to sleep. also, the promised free Wi-Fi was spotty, at best and the signal strength was a jOKE.

damp smell weak shower

the location was good, close to the town center.

the room i was given felt quite small and cramped, not at all like the pictures. the bathroom had a noticeable damp smell, and the shower pressure was very weak. the staff seemed disinterested when i mentioned these issues at checkout, quite disappointing

the sheets and pillows were nice in my room, a double room with a private bathroom. the location was good. breakfast was fabulous and the staff were very engaging.

the room was very hot, it was hard to cool it down. i think i was above a kitchen extraction system. it was noisy, too, so sleeping was difficult.
